When Philo T. Farnsworth invented the current system of
television transmission in 1928 at the age of 22, it's doubtful
he'd guess the amazing places his invention would take us.
From the surface of the moon, to the wreck of the Titanic on
the Atlantic Ocean floor, television has taken us to places that
are so far, physically and fiscally impossible for us to visit.
In fact, Philo has taken us quite literally, into the sewer.
